“Leaving Good Footprints”
Rev. Tim Temerson & Tori Goodloe

As we conclude the UUCville Climate Justice Revival, today’s multigenerational service invites us to envision how we want to be climate justice citizens and stewards, both in our own lives and as a congregation. The service will include storytelling, fun activities, special music from the UUCville Choir, and be followed by a sustainable potluck. Please join us!

Climate Justice Revival Sunday!

11:00 AM

We worship this Sunday in multigenerational community as we participate together in our congregation’s Climate Justice Revival. The service has been designed to be accessible for all ages and includes story, song, reflections. It will be inspirational for us all!

Nursery care is available during worship for those 5 years-old and younger in Lower Hall 1.

Neighboring Faiths (6th & 7th Grades): We are on a field trip this week to the Great American Indian Expo in Richmond.

Coming of Age (8th, 9th & 10th Grades)  This Sunday’s session continues our exploration of “The Culture and Privilege I Belong To” as we unpack what it means to belong to a culture steeped in White Supremacy. We will explore how belonging to White Supremacy Culture and being a White Supremacist/Racist are two different things.  We will also learn about implicit bias and the “White Supremacy Culture Iceberg” and all the things underneath it.  We will meet in Lower Hall 2 in the main building  at 12:15.

YRUU—Young Religious Unitarian Universalists (11th & 12th Grades): Today is a day of fun and LAWN games as we meet outside due to our congregation’s hosting of PACEM in Summit House (where we meet.)  All are welcome!

Please register all children (infant through high school seniors) to participate in religious education for the 2024-2025 RE year.
