Ways to Give

1. Online Donations

Donating to UUCville online is easy and safe with our online secure system.

Enter the dollar amount you want deducted from your credit/debit card, or checking/savings account. This can be a one-time donation or as a recurring gift. Please designate how you would like your donation to be used: Pledge Donation • Pledge Match • Offering/Plate Cash • Unpledged Donation • AFD (Adult Faith Development) Class Fees • Attraction Coupon Book • Coming of Age ASP (Appalachia Service Project) Participation Payment • Ministers’ Discretionary Fund • Social Action Collection • UU Common Endowment Fund.

2. Text Message a Donation

Use your smartphone to text the amount you chose 434-277-2266

The proper format must be “dollar amount and your keyword”
example “50 pledge”

You may only give to one fund at a time. The dollar sign is optional (e.g. $50 and 50 both work).

Keywords include:
SOCACT – Social Action Collection
PLEDGE – Pledge Donation
GIVEUUC – Plate Offering

If a you have donated by text before, you will receive a text in response confirming that your gift has been received successfully and you are done.

If this is the first time you are donating by text, you will be sent a message that says, “It looks like you are a new giver. To begin: (link provided). The link will take you to the UUCville’s online giving page where you will select how often you wish to give and be asked to supply your payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank account). This payment source will then be linked with your phone number so that, in the future, all you will need to do is text in the amount and keyword. (You will not need to re-enter you payment information.)

3. Donate by Mail
