We Need to Talk
The Board of Trustees has contracted with UU consultant Paula Cole Jones to facilitate a process through which we can talk together about what has been going on in our congregation since the end of February, as well as about other issues that lain unresolved for far longer.
Her first visit will be on the weekend of May 4th and 5th. Everyone is invited – and encouraged – to participate in the program on Saturday, May 5th, from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Lunch will be provided, so an RSVP would be appreciated.
The Board is aware that this is the weekend of the Douthat retreat, and that others may not be able to attend on Saturday. In consultation with Douthat leadership, the Board has asked Paula to add an additional session on Sunday afternoon, from 1:00 – 4:00. (The details are still being worked out, but it will probably begin at 1:00.)
Please RSVP to rsvp@uucharlottesville.org and let us know whether you are coming on Saturday or Sunday.
