Home Energy Use – Part 2
If money is keeping you from exploring how to cut home energy use, consider that you may be eligible to receive thousands of dollars of energy-efficiency products and services through local, state and federal programs. The income threshold may be higher than you think: $75,100 for a household of 4; $112,680 for homes with at least one 60+ resident.
Today’s Tip: C3 Community Climate Collaborative helps homeowners and renters save money, save energy, and help the planet by accessing financial resources and rebates for no-strings-attached improvements like new lights, heating and cooling equipment, and insulation that could save $$$ on energy costs. If not for yourself, do you know a friend or neighbor who could use some help?
