August 4, 2019: Walking Through Spiderwebs

Our guest minister is Rev. Dawn Cooley who serves Unitarian Universalism as one of the Congregational Life Staff of the Southern Region.

Walking Through Spiderwebs: If we are not intentional, being in community can be like walking through spiderwebs on a morning hike – something we stumble through haphazardly and then have a strong reaction to. Sometimes, even, the webs distract us from more urgent dangers. If we want to build healthy community, what sort of intention do we need? How can we learn to make peace with the spiderwebs we encounter along the way?
