I have been passionate about creating art since childhood. The combination of realistic subject matter with abstract designs has been one of my goals. Watercolor to me is the most exciting medium, being full of surprises and allowing numerous techniques. I’m a member of the Virginia Watercolor Society, Central Virginia Watercolor Guild, Piedmont Pastelists and Bozart Fine Art Collective. I show my work at various venues in the Charlottesville area.

The Art of the Chair 
Brita Lineburger, Finnish born, grew up surrounded by a family of creators: artists, crafters, fine cooks and the wonderful Finnish nature. In addition to her pastels, she loves creating greeting cards. Each card is individually designed and meticulously handcrafted. Joan Dreicer

Joan Dreicer is an award-winning fine artist painting in pastels and oils with a strong interest in landscapes and portraiture.  Her life experiences bring compassion and emotion to her artwork.
