Holiday Wreath Making Party

Holiday Wreath Making Party

Saturday December 5, 12 – 4 PM

Join us to make wreaths, centerpieces and ornaments for the holidays! We will have materials for making wreaths, holiday centerpieces and ornaments to hang on the church’s new evergreen tree.  The treasure chest will be available for children to select gifts for family members.

To safe together this year, we will be doing things differently.  We will be distanced and outdoors with limited bathroom access.  Wear a mask at all times, maintain a safe distance from others, parents monitor children at all times and please bring your own water bottle from home.  There will not be food or beverages provided.

Instead of multiple craft stations, participants will have a designated space to make one of three crafts: wreaths, centerpieces or ornaments.  Each 45 minute time slot will have 10 stations for individuals and 5 full tables for bubbled groups of 2-6 people to accommodate family groups.  Choose a time that will work for you.

Donations of greens for wreathmaking will be greatly appreciated.  Cuttings of nandina, holly, boxwood, pine, spruce, magnolia and other evergreen foliage or berries can be brought to the church and left on the ground next to the side of summit house porch any time between now and December 5.  A tarp will be left out to collect foliage donations.
