From the Committee on the Ministry

It is nearly two years since we last took a survey of how we as a community were thinking and feeling about our community – and it was a big one!  Experts in the field strongly recommend that you not survey people too frequently because of a thing they call, “survey fatigue.”  When asked over and over again how you feel about something, people generally have two reactions – one is to stop answering the questions, and the other is to bring their frustration about being over-surveyed to the questions they’re being asked to consider.  Neither is helpful.
