The Board of Trustees and ministers met on Wednesday February 26.

We reviewed current year finances (treasurer’s report) and our upcoming pledge drive, which is ambitious compared to prior years. We concurred that in the current political climate, this is the year to step up and be more ambitious than before. There’s much we can and will do in our community and funding is an essential ingredient. We discussed next steps in evolving towards being a Mosaic congregation. We also discussed the need for an updated Emergency Preparedness plan. We approved there Volunteer Job Description and discussed the transition from Caroline Heins to whomever will next serve as our next RE/Faith Development Assistant. Finally, we discussed the role of transformation and healing in our congregation.
