In conjunction with the Cville Chapter of Citizens Climate Lobby, we invite you to join us for an opportunity to make new climate friends and be an environmental advocate.

When? Sunday July 14 1pm-3pm

Where? Pen Park (1400 Pen Park Rd) Shelter #2

What? Writing postcards to mobilize climate-friendly voters. The Environmental Voter Project (EVP), a nonpartisan organization, uses postcards to help get out the vote across the country. EVP “… estimates that over 8 million environmentalists did not vote in the 2020 presidential election and over 13 million skipped the 2022 midterms.” EVP uses data analytics to identify environmental voters, then sends them tested and proven messages. We will be writing postcards for Florida’s upcoming primary. Cards, stamps, and specific messages will be provided.
