Misson Statement: To reduce gun violence through conflict resolution and de-escalation that will evolve from the investment into the community through development and outreach.  Using a hands-on approach to disarm conflict and diffuse situations with tools known to be successful in other communities wrought with high rates of gun violence.

We directly impact our overall community by the decrease in the number of gunshots and lives saved. In six months, we de-escalated 49 conflicts. We want to preserve the safety of our community at large knowing that if we can make a difference it has long term positive effects overall.
