It is exciting to anticipate our church buildings reopening this month. What a joy it will be to have more of us together. Each week, whether on Zoom or in our church’s playground or at our local park gatherings, I see our children, youth, adults, and families engaging with what it means to live our UU values, every day. We do this by exploring and sharing what we value as and believe as UUs, by picking up trash in the places we meet and caring for our world. I see us learning together, challenging ourselves to keep growing, and making connections with each other as part of one community. I see us working to end oppression everywhere and to heal our beloved mother earth. All of this gives me hope.
We’ve saved a place for you and your family and hope you will join us on Sunday mornings— for Family Faith Development at 9:30 on the playground, middle school youth group, or senior high youth group. There are many adult faith development opportunities available too.
We’ve got exciting things going on this spring and we can’t wait to connect with YOU! Come grow your soul, renew your faith, and make new friends. As a faith family, we are moving into a time of rebuilding from the challenges of the past two years. We want you to be a part of helping co-create what might yet be born or reborn in our congregation. There is so much I am thankful for as we embark on this journey together. I invite you to step through the open door of hope with me and join us—we’ve saved a place just for you!
In Faith,
