Thank you to everyone who came to the Congregation Conversation to Explore Ordaining Leia.  Over 50 people came! It was heartening to be with people who were so thoughtful, kind and interested in our church community.  

We received excellent questions from the participants, these are listed as questions and answers in this document. The earlier document with the first questions and answers is here. 

We hope to have another Congregation Conversation on January 12 to answer any additional questions. We will bring a proposal to the board soon thereafter. Upon approval, we would then bring the proposal to ordain Leia to the congregation for a vote. 

Please note that if you are interested in voting in any congregation meeting, you must have signed the membership book at least 30 days in advance.
