Monthly Ministry Theme: The Gifts of Justice & Equity
The Spiritual Practice of Justice”
Rev. Tim Temerson & Mary Beth Riley
While discussions of social justice tend to focus on public policy, protests, and various forms of activism, the importance of spirituality, self-care, and practices like prayer and meditation, often receive far less attention. Today’s service explores the connection between spirit and justice and will pay close attention to the role of religious communities like UUCville in nurturing the spiritual roots of justice.
