This month we will be considering the question – “What does it mean to be a person of INVITATION?”
This is our annual service of “welcome home” after the summer and, in many ways, the beginning of a new church year. It is a multigenerational service, and all are invited to bring a container with some water that represents this past summer – perhaps from some place you went, or something that reminds you of something you did. As we do each year, these separate waters will be combined in one communal bowl and blessed to be used during the year in our child dedications.
