Rev. Dr. Michael Cheuk will lead our service this Sunday. He will speak on the topic, “Start with Love.” The Christian tradition affirms that “God is Love.” Rev. Cheuk explores what it means to understand the identities of God, ourselves, and others starting with love instead of with judgment, guilt, and shame.

After serving in churches for over twenty years, Rev. Dr. Michael Cheuk is now a leadership coach for faith leaders and has consulted and facilitated for Christian churches and denominational bodies. He is the Secretary of the Charlottesville Clergy Collective and the editor of Christian Coaching Magazine. He lives in Charlottesville with his wife Beth, and they have two college-age children.
