Showing Up With Respect & Compassion

Rev. Leia Durland-Jones & our High School Youth (YRUU)For a week each summer, our high school youth put our UU faith into action as volunteers with the Appalachia Service Project. Our youth and their advisors do this by showing up with respect and compassion. They strengthen their relationships with each other and build friendships with the families they serve. They also have a lot of fun! The time together is transformational. Come hear our youth share about their experiences and be reminded of the transcendent power of service and love in all our lives.

Those joining via Zoom are welcome to stay after service until 12:30pm for Zoom “Coffee Hour”.
