I love to paint and have been painting on canvas for 11 years. I get motivated by things I see in nature and things I have in my mind. I love to use color, lots of color. My paintings make people happy and make me happy. I paint animals, fairies, landscapes, and people. Sometimes I draw straight on the canvas but sometimes I draw on paper and use my light tablet to transfer my drawings to canvas. My paintings take time, like weeks to months and sometimes I work on more than one at the same time. All of my paintings get made into prints too that I sell as well as the paintings.

I am the 2nd of 4 daughters and by far the most quirky, always creating or changing something and always involving color. I love the interplay of colors and the way they blend on the canvas and in the view of the observer. Color can be unpredictable, the blending of primaries to create new and wonderful colors and the unpredictability of animals makes for a great visual chaos. We all need a little chaos in our regular predictable lives.
