During the month of July, things will look a little different at UUCVille, especially on Sunday mornings. Both Revs. Tim and Leia will be taking time away to rest and recharge, which means you won’t see them leading worship again until August. Instead, we will welcome a group of very talented preachers and worship leaders, including our own Scott DeVeaux this Sunday, July 2.

Although our ministers will be away during July, pastoral care is available and pastoral emergencies will be responded to in timely manner. You can reach the co-chairs of the Pastoral Care Team, Meg Dunham and Patty Wallens, at pastoral@uucharlottesville.org. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you are in need of pastoral support or just need someone to listen.

Finally, if you or someone in our community is in need of other kinds of support,  please refer them to the above email address for pastoral care. All requests for assistance from the church should be addressed by the ministers and Tim and Leia will be made aware if such requests are made in July.
