The Board of Trustees and ministers met on Wednesday April 23. We reviewed the budget for next year. It was exciting to see new sections in the budget that directly show the alignment with our Long-Range Plan that the congregation approved last year. We heard a report on this year’s pledge drive which was the most successful yet. It relieves us from having to draw as much from our endowment and operating reserves. We heard from the Mosaic Squad (John Alexander, Diane Ober, Linda Dukes, Frank Dukes, and Rev. Leia) on a great curriculum, Grounded, Resilient, & Responsible – Responding and Organizing In Authoritarian Times, which will be shared with the Congregation over the coming months.
