Exciting Update on the New Rugby Road Sign

We reached our fundraising goal of $5,000 to replace the letters on the Rugby Road brick wall. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this possible!  A special thanks to the anonymous donors who started our fundraising campaign with a $2,500 matching donation. We can all look forward to a celebration once the sign is complete.

A Special Collection is underway to fund the new sign on the Rugby Rd brick wall. Through a generous donation, we are well on our way to raising the estimated $5,000 needed for this project! The donors will match every donation up to $2500. Please consider donating to this important project.

The sign is our face to the Charlottesville community. The project replaces the old lettering with our new name “Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Charlottesville”. The final design work is underway and with funding, we can schedule the installation of the new letters.
