The Board met on Tuesday, January 27th. In addition to monthly reports from officers, the Board:
- approved the numbers for the annual housing allowances for our two Ministers
- discussed the Survey that will soon go out to our congregation, including suggestions from Board members on structure and content
- reviewed a “Board Member Resource” Document that President Gardner compiled to provide orientation, particularly for new Board members
- discussed developing a more formal rental policy for our Church Buildings and Grounds, particularly for non-church members.

Board meeting minutes are posted in the month following the meeting, after they have been reviewed and approved by the board at the subsequent meeting. This ensures the minutes accurately reflect the board’s decisions and discussions before being published.
